Cheap fast and healthy-Thin Crust Pizza
Try it yourself
1 medium-large high-fiber flour tortilla
1 stick light string cheese
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
Dash Italian seasoning
Dash garlic powder
Dash onion powder
-Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
-Lay tortilla on the sheet and bake until slightly crispy, about 5 minutes.
-Break string cheese into thirds and place in a blender or food processor- blend on high until shredded.( Or pull/shred cheese then chop)
-Flip tortilla and spread with sauce, leaving a 1/2inch border. Sprinkle with spices and top with cheese.
-Bake until cheese has melted and tortilla is crisp, about 5 mins.
